1984 he took Martha and first grandchild, Lewis Keller on sabbatical in Cortona, Italy, as visiting teacher at the UGA campus. He’d planned to write on his word processor but discovered computer graphics on a KoalaPainter. Commodore 64, Amiga, PC’s & Apple, were added to his list of tools. He made slides of the monitors to share the 1984 images before digital projectors were invented.
